🔅 SUMMER HEALTH TIPS 🔅

  1.  Drink plenty of water .  

 2.  Use Eye protection glass .

 3.  Eat Light food .

 4.  Wear loose fitting & light clothes .

 5.  Stay in cool & shade place . 

 6.  Apply sun cream , it will protect you from sunlight .

 7.  Avoid eating Oil Foods & Hot Drinks .

 8.  Take cool showers or baths .

 9.  Drink  things like  Coconut water , Lime water , Fresh Fruit juices.

10.  Eat things like Watermelon , Cucumber , Mint .
